As early as 2018, PFGMI from Southeast Asia signed a purchase contract for coated glass production line of film plus aluminum glass with NorthGlass Coating Technology BU after visiting many Low-E coating equipment enterprises worldwide. Next year in September, the equipment arrived at the customer’s factory on time.

NorthGlass Coating Technology BU sent experienced engineers to the site, in the installation, commissioning and trial production stage, the two sides cooperate in an orderly way. However, the COVID-19 has disrupted all plans. In order to ensure that customers can successfully take over, manage and operate the whole production line, customer service engineers of Coating Technology BU help customers to solve a series of problems such as production, process and training, and the equipment was successfully put into commercial production in January 2020. The stability and efficiency of the equipment, as well as the high quality of the customer service staff make the equipment will soon enter the production state, customers can quickly produce high-quality coated glass, and quickly seize the opportunity of the local coated glass market.

In February 2021, NorthGlass Coating Technology developed and verified for PFGMI tempered silver and gray coated glass. Once the new product was launched, it was quickly recognized by the local market and received continuous orders. Subsequently, the company also assisted the customer to develop the local industry standard of coated glass, further consolidating and strengthening the customer’s position in the local market.

Based on a solid foundation of mutual trust, PFGMI purchased the second coating production line of NorthGlass in March 2021 for the production of tempered solar film glass. The production line was successfully put into commercial production in 2022, getting a reputation and bringing generous revenue to customers.

In the future, Coating Technology BU will jointly explore new cooperation areas with PFGMI company, and further expand the product selection range of local users to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.
